Plain-English summary
INARI is a play-money prediction market. You get free $INARI tokens to trade with. There is no deposit, no withdrawal, no real money, and no prize redemption in Phase 1. $INARI has no monetary value and cannot be transferred or sold. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use INARI. You must access the site from a jurisdiction where prediction markets and skill-based forecasting platforms are not prohibited. You are responsible for determining your local rules.
2. Phase 1 — play-money only
The in-app currency is called $INARI. It is a virtual token issued by us, has no monetary value, cannot be deposited, withdrawn, redeemed, or transferred, and is not a security, commodity, derivative, or financial instrument. Markets resolve by us or by the market creator using the documented resolution rules; payouts are credited in $INARI only.
3. Accounts
You can sign in with email, Google, or wallet through Privy. One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, manipulate markets, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
4. Acceptable use
Don't: spam, scrape, manipulate prices through coordinated trading, submit fraudulent resolution evidence, abuse the AI-assisted market creation flow, or attempt to disrupt the service. We reserve the right to invalidate trades, freeze positions, or revert market resolutions when we detect abuse.
5. Market resolution
Each market lists a resolution rule and an evidence source. Markets are resolved by the creator within 48 hours of close, or by us if the creator does not act. Disputes can be filed using the on-platform mechanism; we have final say on outcome.
6. Phase 2 — cash-prize track (future)
We may introduce a separate cash-prize track in the future. That track will operate on a separate currency, with its own terms, its own KYC requirements, and its own jurisdictional limits. It is not active and is not what you are agreeing to here. We'll publish updated terms before that track opens.
7. Service is provided as-is
INARI is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of market data, accuracy of AI commentary, or that resolutions will always be fast or correct. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
